We want you to enjoy your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products there may be slight variations in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURNS: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and any seals must be unbroken. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Prior to returning a product for a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at email@example.com. We will email you instructions for processing your return.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you, via email, that we have received the returned item. Similarly, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and returned appropriate to your payment method. Please allow two weeks for the refund to be processed and if you have any concerns contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES: We only exchange items if they were defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will send you an email with instructions for processing your exchange.
GIFTS: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Follow the procedure above for returns or exchanges. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser. In this case, please include both your email address and the gift giver’s email address in your request for a gift refund.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE SHIPPING: To return your product, you should send your product to Perseel C211, Witpenskloof, Groblersdal, 0470. Be sure to email us prior to shipping the product. This will ensure that your return or exchange is processed most efficiently. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
